The agreement between you and Nifu Games when you use our website or play Marvelous Fantasia. Please read it carefully.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Nifu Games (“Nifu”, “we”) governing your use of nifugames.com, Marvelous Fantasia, and any other software, content, or services we offer (collectively, the “Service”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and who is responsible for any in-app purchases.
By using the Service you confirm that you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to a comprehensive embargo by the Republic of Türkiye, the United States, or the European Union, and that you are not on any restricted-party list maintained by those governments.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Marvelous Fantasia on a device that you own or control, solely for your own non-commercial entertainment.

The Game uses your Apple ID to authenticate you with Apple services such as the App Store, iCloud, Game Center, and StoreKit. We do not run our own login system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Apple ID associated with your device and for all activity that takes place under it.
If you sign out of iCloud, switch Apple IDs, or disable Game Center, certain features (such as cloud-sync of progress and leaderboard entries) will be unavailable.
Marvelous Fantasia offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable items (such as gem packs and energy refills) and an auto-renewing subscription called Northern Pass. All purchases are processed by Apple under the Standard Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's payment terms. Apple, not Nifu Games, charges your payment method.
Because Apple is the seller of record, all refunds are issued by Apple. See our Refund Policy for full details and links to Apple's refund-request flow. Statutory consumer rights (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal) are described in that policy and are not waived by these Terms.
The Game may offer virtual items (such as gems, energy, boosters, cosmetics, or chapter unlocks) that can be earned through gameplay or purchased. Virtual items:
When the Game or your access to it terminates, any unused virtual items are forfeited, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these rules. If we determine that purchases were made fraudulently, we may roll back the associated entitlements.
The Game and all related content — including software, art, characters, names, music, sound effects, dialogue, level design, and the “Marvelous Fantasia” and “Nifu Games” marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted in §3, no rights are transferred to you.
Personal, non-commercial fan art, gameplay videos, and streams are welcome and do not require permission, provided you do not imply that they are official or use them to commercialize Nifu's intellectual property without a separate written licence.
We may add, modify, rebalance, or discontinue features of the Game at any time. We may also suspend or end the Service entirely with reasonable notice where this is feasible. We will not be liable to you for any modification or discontinuation of the Service, except as required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the Game from your device. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including §6, §8, §11–§14, and §16) survive.
The Service relies on third-party services such as Apple, Google AdMob, Google Firebase, RevenueCat, and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability is not guaranteed by us.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Game will be compatible with every device, network, or future operating-system version.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory warranties or consumer rights you have under your local law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nifu Games and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (i) the amount you paid to us through Apple in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) ten US dollars (US$10).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nifu Games and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices (Çağlayan), Türkiye.
Consumer rights. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another country whose consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts and to rely on the mandatory consumer protections of your country, nothing in these Terms removes that right. EU residents may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
